This is a cool, deep wine lip color. A very deep and intense color. Appropriate for Fitzpatrick III-V skin types. This color is recommended to be used ONLY as a lip liner or as a mixer/additive to other colors to deepen. NOT RECOMMENDED for any full lip application. Can be added only to a Li Pigments Aqua & Velvet Lip Color or a Mei-Cha Brand Lip Pigment. May be used as a maximizer (layer on top of a Li Pigment or Mei-Cha Brand lip pigment) for the lip liner only.
